Erika Kambak is Group Human Resources Manager for Entegral. In this role, Kambak oversees all aspects of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Training and Development. Her responsibilities also include brand recognition and business development.  Kambak joined Enterprise ® as a Management Intern in 2000 and worked at several Metro Milwaukee rental locations. In 2001, she transitioned from rental operations to Enterprise’s Human Resources department in Wisconsin. In 2002, Kambak was promoted and moved to Dallas, Texas where she supported Human Resources efforts for Enterprise Fleet Management ®, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, as well as Enterprise Car Sales ®, Enterprise Truck Rental ®, Commute with Enterprise ®, and Enterprise’s Replacement and Leisure division.

Kambak was then promoted to Human Resources Generalist Manager, where she co-led a diversity training initiative. In 2013, Kambak returned to Wisconsin, where she held an onsite role in the Replacement and Leisure division with a top 10 corporate business partner. Two years later, Kambak was promoted into a Human Resources role where she supported hiring and training efforts, while also contributing to the growth of the Enterprise, Alamo and National brands in Wisconsin.

Kambak is an active member of the community, having volunteered with several local Wisconsin and Texas organizations, including the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ Young Leaders Society steering committee. Kambak received a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she was a United States Air Force R.O.T.C. scholarship recipient and Arnold Air Society member.
